Modifying or Canceling an Order After It's Been PlacedUpdated 2 months ago
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to an order after it has been placed. If so, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it.
Modifying an Order:
Adding Items to an Order: If you wish to add items to your existing order, we recommend creating a new order. Unfortunately, our system does not allow for direct modifications to an already placed order.
Deducting an Item from the Order: If your order has not yet been shipped, there may be an option to deduct an item from it. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a particular item. In such cases, please reach out to our customer support as soon as possible to inquire about the feasibility of deducting the item from your order. Our team will assist you based on our policies and current order status.
Canceling an Order:
If you need to cancel your order, we recommend contacting our customer support immediately.
