Most orders are processed within 72 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-7 business days for ground shipments to arrive once it has left our facility. All applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will contact you via e-mail and/or by phone, at the e-mail address and phone number listed on your order.

Some Home Fabrics and Fashion Fabrics will need additional processing times before they are shipped, as follows:

• All items beginning with KL or AWG require 10-21 days.
• All items beginning with DL require 1-7 business days. 
• All items beginning with PV, FS36003, or ET require 1-2 business days. 
• All items beginning with LT or SUN require 2-3 business days. 
• All items beginning with NC require 1-3 business days. 
• Some other items may need 1-2 additional business days, as noted on individual product pages.

Express shipping is an option at checkout. Expedited quotes are automatically calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. The cut-off time for expedited shipping is 1:00 PM EST. Any orders placed using express shipping after 1:00 PM EST will ship on the following business day.
