We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return.

While we hope that every purchase is a good fit, we know sometimes it isn’t! Can’t “make it work”? Here are your options:

Fabrics, trims, special orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Buttons, notions, or anything sold as a whole item—such as but not limited to unopened sewing machines and dress forms—may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (less shipping fees). Note: Once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned, e.g. packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and others not stated here.

Note: Items MUST be returned in the condition they were shipped; e.g. if the item returned was shipped on a roll, the item must also be returned on a roll. Refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed.
